• Submit completed application form along with an application fee    of RM50 by cash, cheque or bank draft / postal order  payable to    Paramount College of Technology.
  
  
• Submit clear certified copies of all your educational certificates    and testimonials.
  
  
• Submit four (4) passport sized color photographs.
  
  
• Submit photocopy of NRIC.

*Original documents must be available at the time of application for verification purpose.
